Mr. Isaacson joined WDIP in 2016 and is the President of WDIP. In addition to leading the firm and setting its overall strategy, Mr. Isaacson oversees WDIP’s investment platforms, through which he has deployed approximately $600 million.

Prior to joining WDIP, Mr. Isaacson was a Senior Vice President of acquisitions at LEM Capital (“LEM”), an institutional value-add multifamily investor in Philadelphia. In this role, he was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of potential investments. Before joining LEM, Mr. Isaacson worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities in their Financial Institutions Group where he focused on capital markets and M&A transactions involving REITs and specialty finance companies. Most noteworthy was his involvement in the $250 million IPO of a commercial mortgage REIT. Prior to business school, Mr. Isaacson practiced law, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions and related antitrust litigation in the airline industry. Mr. Isaacson began his career in the construction industry, where he primarily built single family and multifamily residential.

Mr. Isaacson received a Master of Business Administration (graduating with honors) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law (f/k/a the William Mitchell College of Law), and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Minnesota
