Marvin Rosen is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LP and practices in the area of corporate and securities law. He advises private equity firms, hedge funds, activist and distressed investors on special strategies.
Previously, Marvin served as the Budget and Finance Chairman for the Summit of the Americas, was the Chairman of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and the Finance Chairman for the Democratic National Committee under President Clinton. He served as a Director of Terremark Worldwide Inc., until it was sold to Verizon.
An active philanthropist, Marvin serves on the Board of Directors of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, the Howard Gilman Foundation, Roundabout Theatre Group and Nikko Asset Management Americas. He is also on the Board of Fusion Connect.
Marvin graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce, received his L.L.B. from Dickinson School of Law and his L.L.M. in Corporations from New York University Law.
